Welcome to CAM’ CAN. We are a new organisation that offers personalised, individual supports and services to vulnerable people in the community. We are providing support to a number of people who are living with their families or in their own homes. Our supports are tailored to individual choice that is focussed on creating good and fulfilling lives in the community.
Already we have had the opportunity to engage with a number of people and families seeking to work towards their preferred arrangement. Our doors are always open and we welcome enquiries from people interested in pursuing real life outcomes.
